- Meetings via Zoom, we’ll create a space that's unique to your project needs, starting with an initial design consultation meeting, a design board (if needed), floor plan layout, and 3D Rendering Model.
- Next, If you want... we source finishes, furniture, and accessories within your predetermined budget. WE WILL PROVIDE A FULL SHOPPING LIST OF ITEMS FOR YOU TO PURCHASE ONLINE.
- In the final step, we will provide fully completed design drawings which include floor plans, elevations, etc.

NEW CONSTRUCTION
Once the first draft of your design is complete, we will set up a meeting to review the plan along with the 3D digital model. This allows for us to go over the overall design in detail and discuss any changes that need to be made. After we meet, you will also receive a PDF and link to the digital 3D model via email where you can take time to review everything at home before sending over a final list of changes via email.

Depending on the scope of your project, we will set up any final meetings if needed. If the project requires building measure, this will happen next. Once the building has been measured or if the project is new construction, we will begin drafting the first version of your plan based on all previous meetings and notes.

AS THE DESIGN PROCESS BEGINS

We've talked and determined that we are a good fit! Based on our initial phone call and/or meeting, we will create a custom proposal just for you based on your project needs. Detailed proposals are sent via email in PDF format for your review. If everything looks good, all you have to do is sign and return the paperwork along with the retainer fee deposit listed in the proposal.

Send in an inquiry and tell us a little about your project! You will receive a response within 24-48 hours and from there we will set up a time to talk on the phone so we can learn more about your project in depth and see if our services are a good fit for what you are looking for. If an on-site meeting is necessary, either in-person or virtually; we will set that up as well.

After all revisions are complete and you are satisfied with the overall plan and design, it's time for your finalized plan set and digital 3D model to be delivered! You will receive a PDF via email with your fully detailed plan set and 3D model. Don't forget to CELEBRATE because you are one step closer to bringing your dream home to life!
